Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Bread

  • 1 ¼ cups warm water

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.

  2. Stir in warm water until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Cover and let rise 1–2 hours.

  4. Transfer dough to a greased loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden.

  6. Cool before slicing.
